Tom Hammer selected for Leadership Tulsa Class 49

Tulsa, OK, February 3, 2013 -- Leadership Tulsa announced its Class 49 today. Among the 48 participants selected through a competitive process is EPIQ Resources' President, Tom Hammer. Participants will explore the systems and needs of the city, discuss the wide range of issues that face the community, and develop skills and contacts to make a positive impact. Members will also participate in nonprofit board interships and community projects. Mr. Hammer says, "It's been a goal of mine for quite some time to be involved with a well respected organization such as Leadership Tulsa. Many of Tulsa's community leaders have graduated from this program. I look forward to the challenge and opportunity of enhanced community involvement." Tom has been assigned as a Board of Directors intern at Junior Achievement.
